CRJ 326 - Victimology: The Victim and the Law Credits: 3 An introduction to the study of victims and the Criminal Justice system with a focus on defining victimization, treatment of victims, characteristics of victim-offender typologies, domestic violence, sexual assault, restitution, compensation, shared responsibility, and the victim rights movement. Approved elective for Disabilities Studies Minors with Departmental permission.
Prerequisite(s): CRJ 309 with minimum grade of C or CRJ 310 with minimum grade of C
