HIS 331 - History of Modern France: 1750 to Present Credits: 3 Examined origins and course of the French Revolution and assesses the consequences for social, economic, institutional, political, and intellectual trends. These themes then are followed through successive revolutions, wars, and governmental changes down to the present.
Prerequisite(s): HIS 105 or HON 122 and sophomore standing or permission of instructor.
