TCH 581 - Leadership at the Classroom, Teaching, and School Level Credits: 3 The process of instruction should incorporate continual improvement. Educators today rely on improving their own instruction, collaborating with peers, and contributing to the overall school and/or district improvement. This course will focus on utilizing a three-pronged approach of selecting evidence-based practices for classroom instruction, data-informed decision making, and peer collaboration for improvement. The student will have a well-rounded understanding of the leadership roles they may serve within a school environment.
