FINA 311 - Financial Management Credits: 3 Introduces concepts and techniques of financial management in the context of a business firm seeking to maximize the firm’s value. Topics include wealth maximization, agency issues, analyses of cash flows and financial ratios, time value of money, valuation of stocks and bonds, risk-return relationship, Capital Asset Pricing Model, capital budgeting, and cost of capital. Requires junior standing to enroll.
