MATH 140 - College Algebra Credits: 3 Provides algebraic background knowledge necessary for success in MATH 175 - Precalculus Credits: 3 or MATH 181 - Applied Calculus Credits: 3. Studies algebraic expressions; linear and quadratic equations, functions and graphs; polynomial functions; rational functions; exponential and logarithmic functions; and systems of equations. Not open to students who have successfully (C or better) completed MATH 175 , MATH 181 or MATH 211 .
Prerequisite(s): C or better in MATH 100 or a Math placement level of 4 Category: Foundations - Q
