BIOL 324 - Pathogenic Microbiology Credits: 3 Considers the role of bacteria and fungi in the diseases of man with emphasis upon the differentiation and culture of microorganisms, types of diseases, immunology, modes of disease transmission, prophylactic, therapeutic and epidemiological aspects. Two hours lecture and two hours lab/week.
Prerequisite(s): BIOL 161 with minimum grade of C and sophomore standing or with permission from the department
