AI stands at the forefront of technological revolution. The evolution of AI technologies presents multiple opportunities and challenges for businesses and society at large. Students in this course explore Artificial Intelligence (AI) from applied business and technology management perspectives, blending theoretical foundations with hands-on practical applications. The course covers technological foundations of AI technologies, including technological evolution trends, machine learning, algorithms, natural language processing, and generative AI, etc. The course utilizes strategic management, technology and innovation management frameworks to examine how AI-enabled innovations help businesses. Students will utilize provided AI platforms to build AI-enabled products/services. The course also examines concerns related to AI in business alongside the future of AI. By the end of taking the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to design and implement AI-driven strategies, preparing them to navigate and lead in the AI-powered business and technology landscape.
