MATH 483 - Math Theory of Interest Credits: 3 Mathematical models are constructed for Theory of Interest, primarily time value of money. The models are then applied to solve mathematical problems arising in topics including simple and compound interest, annuities, bonds, amortization and sinking funds, yield rates, and duration.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 212 or permission of instructor Graduate Credit: This class is not available for graduate credit.
