Students are required to achieve a grade of C or above in all criminal justice courses.

Credit Requirements*
- General Education: 45 credits
- Major Requirements: 45-60 credits
- Free Electives: 15-30 credits
- Total Credits to Graduate: 120 credits
* All undergraduate degree programs require a minimum of 120 credits. Some courses meet multiple requirements, but are only counted once toward the 120 credit total required to graduate. Interdisciplinary Courses (15 crs.)
- Students must complete five courses, 200-level or above, or those for another major/minor. Criminal Justice courses will not fulfill this requirement.
Free Electives (15 crs.)
Students must complete five courses, 100-level or above. Criminal Justice courses will not fulfill this requirement. NOTE: only three credits of performance credits can be utilized (e.g. marching band, choir, etc.) General Education
General Education Requirements General Education Requirements Specific for this major Advising Notes:
- Criminal Justice majors are limited to 45 credits of CRJU courses.
- CRJU courses cannot be used for Free Electives or for Interdisciplinary Courses.
- A Criminal Justice minor is available - 18 cr
- A certificate in Victimology and Victim Services is available - 12 cr
