PSY 445 - Psychology of Thinking Credits: 3


Effective until Spring 2020: Deals with the higher mental processes including problem solving, judgment, decision-making, reasoning, language, and intelligence. The aim is to inform the student of theories and research in these areas as well as to improve their thinking skills.

Effective Spring 2020: This course is the second course in the cognitive series. Deals with the higher order mental processes including problem solving, judgment, decision-making, reasoning, language, and intelligence. The aim is to inform the student of theories and research in these areas as well as to improve their own critical thinking skills.

Prerequisite(s):  PSY 325  with minimum grade of C

Effective Spring 2020: Requires at least junior standing or permission of instructor.
Graduate Credit: This course is not available for graduate credit.
